Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable: All digital downloads are final sale. Once a file or video has been delivered to you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Please make sure to review the product description and details carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
You received a wrong file/product that you did not order.
The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will either replace the product or issue a refund via bank transfer.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be sent via bank transfer to the account details you provide.
